Hello, Mr.Rushdie! I am thinking about reading William Faulkner's The sound and the Fury but I am a little dissuaded by its reputation of being a "difficult novel" with its unreliable narrators, absence of quotation marks and nonlinear structure. This would be my first novel that employs stream of consciousness. I would really appreciate if you'd give your opinion on the novel and suggest the right way to go about reading it.
Have a restful break

P.S. I love Midnight's Children.
